3M SecureFit X5500 Series Safety Helmet provides secure, comfortable and adjustable head protection for workers in a variety of situations. 3M helmets feature adjustable positioning and easy-turning, 4-point ratchet suspension systems that features the exclusive 3M™ Pressure Diffusion Technology. X5500 Series safety helmets have 3M™ UVicator™ Sensors that indicates damaging levels of ultraviolet (UV) light. They meet the EN 397 standard for general industrial use and are available in a variety of colours.
This series is designed for general industrial use and to meet everyday safety requirements. Inspired by modern climbing helmets, our safety helmets offer protection against small falling objects. Accessory slots and clips are designed to be compatible with a variety of 3M faceshields, earmuffs and other accessories, and an optional chin strap can be added.
