Test instruction:
- The sample is taken from the nostril.
- Place the sample in a container with a cotton swab containing the buffer solution. Remove the swab while squeezing the tube.
- Open the cassette pouch and lay the cassette on a clean, flat surface.
- Gently squeeze the tube and dispense 3 drops of solution into each sample well(s).
- After 15 minutes the result is visible.
