JALAS 1868 KING Winter Safety Boots S3 SRC CI HRO HI. A fully lined safety boot built for the toughest environments with highest (S3) protection in comfort. The PU-coated leather upper with Kevlar® seams tolerates heat of up to 204° C for extended periods. The oil and heat-resistant nitrile outer sole gives excellent grip, while the JALAS® Composite Toe Cap, steel puncture protection and double impact protection zones in Poron® XRD®for all day safety.

Primary environments of use: Sheet-metal work, welding, hot work, mining.

  • Lining: Cambrelle, polyester, Thinsulate
  • Outsole: PU midsole, rubber outsole
  • Insole: Textile, soft EVA, polyester-based conductive thread, double shock absorption zones in Poron® XRD®
  • Safety Toe Cap: Aluminium
  • Puncture resistance midsole: Steel
  • WRU: Water-repellent upper
  • HRO: Heat-resistant outsole compound tested at 300°C
  • CI: Cold insulation
  • HI: Heat insulation
  • A: Electrical resistance (between 0.1-1000 Mega Ohms)
  • E: Energy absorption in the heel area (tested at 20 Joules)
  • WG: Molten metal splashes
  • SRC (SRA + SRB): Slip-resistance on ceramic tile floor, Slip-resistance on steel floor with glycerol
  • ESD: Minimise Static Electricity
